Dermatitis (Eczema)

We are proud to be involved in the below studies here at St George Dermatology. While these studies are no longer recruiting new patients, we do have some exciting up and coming studies. Please see our Current Clinical Trials page and contact us on 9587 4277 to discuss.

Regeneron– A 64 week trial with drug Dupilumab for the treatment of eczema. This drug is a monoclonal antibody which binds and blocks IL-4 receptors. It is given as an injection under the skin. You may have seen this in the media- some very promising results. While this drug is not yet available on the market, we hope it is not too far away.

Roche– A 20 week trial with drug Lebrikizumab for the treatment of eczema. It is a monoclonal antibody against interleukin 13 and is given as an injection under the skin.
